Anthony Joshua will face the American YouTuber in an eight round fight which will be streamed live on Netflix.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the pair confronted each other to promote next month's boxing match.
Ex two time unified heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a mammoth mismatch - at Miami's Kaseya Center on December 19th.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to break his face and hurt his body. My goal is to show my superiority," the British boxer, 35, stated.
"I will dominate him completely. That's the boxer's mindset.
"I will genuinely try to injure him. That's my goal."
Civil Exchange
Despite these statements, a composed Anthony Joshua and social media star Paul - usually famous for his theatrics - exchanged pleasantries and maintained decorum with each other.
Paul instead attacked former Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and labeled him "ridiculous" after Ngannou turned down a bout proposal.
Targeting Fury
Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK opponent Fury - and declined a large bet 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Tyson Fury - he's actually sitting here," Joshua said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Opponent
Despite saying he intends to hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to speak negatively about his opponent's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he said.
Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought mixed martial artists or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He was defeated by Briton Fury in 2023.
Financial Success
Nevertheless, the relative newcomer is still one of boxing's largest financial successes, consistently making huge paydays.
Prediction and Belief
The 28 year old predicted a KO victory in the fourth or fifth round and stated he would stop the much-anticipated Fury-Joshua bout, which is apparently being planned for two years from now.
"It will be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul declared.
Size Disparity
As the two fighters participated in the traditional face-off, with their size difference evident, it highlighted just how improbable this entire matchup is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is actually happening.
